The Ideal Candidate will have both direct and consulting experience in an HR role with a large organization and be responsible for::
 

• Internal HR duties
• Design of culture change and leadership development training and education
• Executing leadership Training and Culture Change Workshops with clients
• Developing and Training Project Managers
• Improve cullture elements of existing intellectural property
• Design optimial organizastional capability for culture change and leadership training
• Act as in internal mentor to improve overall organization capability
• Develop new business through existing clients via workshops
