Job Description
Job: Lead and Manage Solutions Implementation, Develop Sales Opportunities
Role:
Identify and develop new business opportunities from prospective and existing clients
Develop trusted advisor relationships with current and potential clients
Provide project leadership and management in Solution Implementation and Integration for an assigned client with multiple large manufacturing sites
Work with Account Managers and Practice Leaders to provide the right resources at the right time to add value to client organizations
Ensure Sinclair Group strategies are successfully implemented and benchmarks are met
Serve as a leader, mentor, and coach to Sinclair Group Associates
Responsibilities:
Assess the client situation, complications, and key issues affecting the value of their business. Identify the critical steps and individuals whose behavior we need to influence in order to develop mutually beneficial opportunities
Identify and develop key elements, schedule, and required resources for project preparation and solution implementation phases
Manage overall cost of project ot maximize value to Sinclair Group
Serve as an Account Manager
Support the development and maintenance of appropriate marketing collateral
Monitor and report on market and competition activities and provide relevant reports and information
Articulates, models and reinforces the Commitment Model
Qualifications and Competencies
:
Superior interpersonal, leadership, facilitation, presentation and communication skills; resilience; and consistency in all the interfaces with the client
10 years experience and significant accomplishment in Process and/or Discrete manufacturing
5 years Operations consulting experience, preferably with a large, high-profile consulting firm
Demonstrated Program and Project Management experience, preferably in an international setting
Broad and current network of influential professionals
BS degree in Engineering of related field from a fully accredited college or university
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit
